For the technician who already chose Astro and Cloudflare, the Domain-Only Website Kit is the path to a production static site whose only recurring infrastructure bill is the domain: $10.46 a year on our own invoice, hosting at $0/month on the free tier. It sells the git-to-Cloudflare route we have run on four sites, with the free-tier limits dated and the traps we paid for, each dated.
What it does: The path after the switch to a static stack. The steps we ran, the official free-tier limits with the date they were read, the traps we paid for with their dates, and the real bills (domain at registry cost, an AI subscription if you use one, hosting at $0/month on the free tier).
What it will never do: Will never claim a universal audience or a route without code. The kit needs a text editor, a browser, and for path B a Git client. It sells no authentication and no billing system.

The Domain-Only Website Kit: $129 once. The Rig, with the audit scripts and the corridor: $249. The files, delivered through the customer portal after payment, under the solo licence: one person, unlimited own and client sites, modify freely, keep forever, updates for twelve months. The licence page carries the full text; the refunds page says what happens if a file is defective.

Twelve months of updates
Every time a limit, a price or a step changes on a site we run, the kit is updated; the change is dated in the kit’s version journal and, when it is a reading, in the public ledger. Updates are files delivered through the customer portal, not human time. After the twelfth month the updates stop and the files stay yours.
The path is already public in three places: run 1 of the Drop annex with its zero, the ledger that holds every reading behind this page, and the definition of a static site for the one-paragraph version of why hosting costs nothing. - Who else can run it: Zero verbatims from non-technical buyers. The kit is written for someone who already chose a static stack, and says so.

On the Cloudflare free tier, yes. wiserstaff.com has paid $0 for hosting since it went live on 2026-06-27, invoices on record. In our measured setup the recurring infrastructure bill is the domain, at registry cost; an AI subscription, if you use one while building, is a separate and optional line.
What does a year cost, all in?
In our measured setup, running the site costs $10.46 for the domain (invoice 2026-09-06) and $0 for hosting on the free tier. An AI assistant, if you use one, is on top: Claude Pro starts at $20 a month as read on 2026-09-05. With the kit, the first year comes to $139.46 before any AI subscription.
Can't I do this myself with an AI?
Yes, and most of the people who read us do. If that is you, start with the free write-up of run 1 and the public ledger; they hold the limits, the costs and the zeros. What the kit adds is what a fresh session cannot know: the order that held on four sites, the traps with the date we paid for each, the free-tier limits with their read date, and twelve months of re-reads when they move.
Isn't all of this in Cloudflare's documentation for free?
The facts are, and the kit links them rather than copying them. What the documentation does not contain is a zip that returns the homepage for every nested page with a 200 status, a headers file silently ignored, an updatedDate that never re-pings Google. Each one was met on a site we run, and each one is dated.
Do I need to know how to code?
You need to be comfortable with a text editor, a browser and, for the GitHub path, a Git client. The kit claims no universal audience; it is written for someone who already chose a static stack.
What are the free-tier limits?
As read on the Cloudflare limits page on 2026-09-05: 500 builds a month, one build at a time, 20,000 files, 25 MiB per file on Pages; 20,000 static assets per Worker version on the free plan. The kit lists them with their read date and re-reads them at every update.
What happens after the twelve months?
The updates stop. The files and the licence stay yours, unchanged. No renewal is offered today; if one is, this page will say so, with its price and its date.
