TERMS · UPDATED 2026-09-07

Terms of use and terms of sale

Two short sets of terms: how you may use this site, and what you get when you buy a digital product here. Purchases are made from Creem, the merchant of record, under its buyer terms; these terms add what is specific to RanThrice products and never remove a right your national law gives you.

1. Using the site

You may read, quote (with a link) and reuse ledger rows under CC BY 4.0. You may not scrape the site to resell its content, present its figures as your own, or remove the dates and sources from a quotation. Automated agents are welcome to read: see /llms.txt.

2. Who sells, and to whom

The seller of record is Creem; the products are made by RanThrice, a sole trader; Vectis Operating SARL, in formation, takes over this block the day the registry issues its numbers. Vectis Operating SARL, a limited company in formation in Morocco (name chosen 2026-09-07, pending the registry). Its registered address and registration numbers will appear here when the registry issues them. You must be 18 or older, or the legal age in your country, to buy.

3. What you buy

A licence to use a digital product (see the licence), delivered as downloadable files through the customer portal immediately after payment, plus twelve months of dated updates to that product delivered the same way. The product page states what is inside; anything marked “unverified” on that page is sold as unverified.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars, one payment, no subscription. VAT, GST or sales tax is computed and shown at checkout by the merchant of record before you confirm. Accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout.

5. Delivery

Immediately after payment you receive a receipt and a magic-link email to your customer portal, where the files are. If a file is missing or corrupt, write to hello@ranthrice.com and it is replaced.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Every product is a download. To buy, you request immediate access and waive the 14-day right of withdrawal (EU and UK), never pre-ticked and restated in the confirmation email. The sale is then final; a defective or non-conforming file is replaced or refunded, and your statutory rights are unaffected. The box is required to buy; once access is granted the sale is final, and the only refund is the legal one for a defective or non-conforming file. The full policy is at refunds & withdrawal.

7. No promises of results

The products describe what we did and what it cost. They do not promise income, rankings, citations or any business outcome, and no such promise appears in our marketing. Any figure we publish carries its date and source; your results depend on your work and your market.

8. Updates and support

Updates are files, not time. Each product ships with twelve months of dated updates and a public changelog on its page. No human support time is included unless a product page says so explicitly.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Otherwise these terms are governed by the law of Morocco.
